Crash to desk - failed to connect to instance

After last patch I had 2 crashes to desktop. Now while mapping i crashed to desktop and cant enter the map. I keep getting thrown back to login with message "Failed to connect to instance"
Can enter character selection screen and after a few tries into the game. Getting kicked out as soon as i try to enter the map
