Kabala Relic - Double drop

Doing act 2 Normal Keth had the Kabaka Relic drop twice from two seperate monsters in the same pack (ie they droped next to one another).

However when I picked up one, both disappeared from the ground and only one appeared in my inventory.

This is ok. The game does not expect you to always see loot. You can kill an enemy and a quest item will drop offscreen, but if there was only one per area, what would you do after clearing the zone without knowing that the item dropd somewhere offscreen? So, multiple quest drops are solution
