Active Omens not Triggering

Just died in a Tier 18 delerium map. Had omen of resurgence and omen of amelioration both active in my inventory. Did not go back to full life/mana/ES when I reached low life, and I got the full death penalty when I died.

Edit: neither omen was consumed in my inventory, they were both still there and still active after I resurrected.

Only one of those omens can work (at a time)

If you're playing the 1hp build resurgence won't work for you - it requires a specific amount of health to be removed before it works.

But with both active the Amelioration can't proc on death. You've gotta run one at a time.

That completely ignores what the poster just said. I would agree with your statement if he did not say both were not consumed. If you die and not one of them is consumed, a glitch in fact happened. I have multiple active most of the time as well and when i die they both are usually used as one brings my health back to full and if i die after that the xp loss one gets used after. If you die in an instant and neither proc, then that is a glitch
