Skill that socketed in Cast on shock is not gain + LEVEL SKILL from equipment on PS5.

I socketed Lightning conduit with 21 level skill, and I equipped wand (+5 level of Lightning spell skill and focus (+2 level of all spell skill) but my socketed Lightning Conduit hasn't gain +7 level of skill on PS5. I checked with a many PS5 player and we got the same issued.

Yes, this is a well-known and game-changing bug. It affects not only the PS5 but all platforms where a controller is used, including PC.
