Herald of Plague bugged

Doesn't trigger with any skill providing enemy poisoned death. I tested also with crossbow with socketed poison gem. Doesn't trigger the herald o plague if i kill a poisoned enemy. Its totally bugged and need to be fixed. Its unfair to play only with Herald of thunder and ice.
