Crossbow will not shoot any type of arrows at all - Glitch

I've had this problem before where my crossbow will not shoot anything, i fixed it when i realized my skill 6 is the only slot where my arrows were allowed to be shot. Fast forward now, it stopped working again. I checked every -bind and nothing works, the grenades work but not the firing of the arrows. Any solutions out there please.

you sure you use the fire & reload skills?
