Trial of Sekhemas

The green coin isn't dropping and the quest won't update. I stress this isn't the cruel bug. The normal version won't drop the item to finish the quest. This has locked me out of even seeing sekhemas on the map. I can't tp to it through waypoint or other players. If attempted to tp through another player it gives quest state isn't at required.
