Permanent Iron Citadel Uncompletable

No matter how many Iron Citadels I run, it can not ever be completed.
Kill boss first then all rares, done, no success in completion Kill rares first and then boss, still, no successful completion Am I the only one? Last bumped on Feb 18, 2025, 3:12:36 PM

No it just won't complete its annoying and they just havent bothered to fix it. Been like that for a while
