Patch 0.1.1d Skills not working in hotbar.

When going into any new location that requires a load it stops my skills from working. I can't click anything with left, center, or right mouse click. To fix this issue I have to reassign the skills after every map join.

I have died recently and it looks like it has something to do with mana. I do have the mana for it, but the game thinks I have no mana.


Edit: Added dump of client log from today.

Still having this issue after loading. Going to take a break until this is resolved due to how annoying it is to have to reset the hotbar after every load screen
