Trial of sekhemas

I have did the trial multiple times with two of my characters and have not receive any ascendancy point. I even completed trial of will with one of my character. Please look into this issue

You are doing something wrong.

You have to use the ascendency altar thing at the end of the trial.

And the trial must qualify for points (it will tell you in the item description).

Maybe this will help.

I am also having issues with this trial in act 2. it says complete and talk to the altar but there's no altar. also, can't take the TP out like it doesn't have a name over it or anything and won't let me click it. please fix this. I've completed this before on my other character and I'm not a new player I understand how it works. I completed the act 3 trial first because this one is bugged.

I am having the same issue. I've never had this issue before. I wonder if its because I completed the A3 ascendancy first and then came back to A2 to get my 3rd and 4th pts. Instead, even tho the token says I WILL receive points, i cannot click on the Altar or the portal out. I have done the trials like 4 times and its just bugged. I tried going and doing the A3 trials of chaos extra times too and no pts awarded. I'm stuck at only a total of 2 ascendancy points at lv 50 after having done the trials like 6+ times in total. Super frustrating. My quest Balbala's Barya and Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum have been consumed and I've had to use non quests ones to do the trials again.

If you complete the 2nd trial first then you'll come across this problem. I just now figured out that if you take a 2 floor djinn you only need to complete the first floor for the altar to work.
