Can't access map node despite path + completed prior map

Hello, this is my first time posting here. I didn't see this bug in the known issues, but I saw a previous thread and tried the remediation process, but it did not work. I have a map node, Blooming Field (same node in the other thread), that I am unable to access despite completing the map preceding it.

Has this been looked into? Is there something I can do within the game... /resetatlas did not work while "available maps exist."
