Phron's Stormweaver Spark, Orb support and Cast on Shock Conduit entry level to simu carry scaling

Started Spark as my secondary character about 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I see a lot of people struggling to get their Spark going so now that I've got a good understanding of Spark, I've started making this guide.

Simu carries, pinnacle bosses, full group delirious maps with rarity gear, no problem.

This build focuses on magnitude of shock from passives and jewels to allow Orb of Storm to be a massive debuffer and synergizes insanely well with Cast on Shock Conduit to obliterate bosses.

Eldritch Battery: Converts all Energy Shield to Mana.
Mind over Matter: All damage is taken from mana before life, -50% mana regen.
Chaos Innoculation: Maximum life becomes 1 and immune to chaos damage

There's 95 core passive skills, core rolls for gear and just focus on magnitude of shock/ailment for jewels.

The items that really make this build shine are the Ingenuity belt (60%+), +5 wand and +2 focus with spell/lightning damage and a +2 proj/all spell skill amulet (try and spend a couple div on each of these and upgrade the amulet to +3 if you can afford it)

Cast on Shock requires 60 spirit, I'd recommend 30+ spirit on both chest and ammy as this would be the most budget friendly option however there is several ways to accomplish this.

Rings need high flat mana and rarity is great, you really want 100+ rarity asap in your set up and you can also use the rings to ensure sufficient mana regen and to cap res if needed (don't forget you can use resistance runes in sockets for gloves/boots/focus)

Annoints:
Mental Toughness - Envy, Fear, Greed : Expensive mana management.
Conservative Casting - Disgust, Disgust, Ire : Low cost mana management.
Heavy Ammunition - Guilt, Greed, Greed : Low cost spark damage.
Lightning Rod - Suffering, Isolation, Isolation : Expensive dps which reduces value of crit.
Frazzled - Dispair, Disgust, Paranoia : Alternative if you like crit.


Mostly doing this for myself as a reference in case I play Spark again next league but feedback and questions are welcome and here's some interesting filters you can try using and adjusting based off your budget:

If you click on the sum button on the first wand it'll sort them by weight, careful if getting cast speed since it will drain your mana quicker.

You can adjust these according to your budget, you can change the "and" filter of Lightning skills from 5 to 4 and the exalt maximum from 1000 to 50 for example.

You can change the slot and base ES you want and click the check box if you want an extra mods like spirit or implicit mana regen which can be nice on body armours and I'll let you guess which slot move speed is nice on :p

A base line for ES per slot is 60 for gloves, 120 for boots, 200 for helms and 400 for chest, (these values can double at the high end) adjust the exalt value according to your budget and remember to click the sum button to sort by weight:
