Multiple crashes nearing boss arena Steaming Springs

Playing on Xbox series x. Anytime I get anywhere close to the arena in Steaming Springs it just crashes. Happened three times already. Hoping I can complete the map.

Tried loading area from the ziggurat refuge, but lost all of my portals to crashes. Also tried teleporting to checkpoint which crashed before it could load my character in new destination.
