Can't socket support gems if cutting gems

Steps to recreate:
1. Be in town
2. Open stash gem tab
3. Attempt to cut support gem for specific skill
4. Get warning that says this support can't be socketed into this skill, see image below



Workaround: Create gem using All Gems tab, then socket into skill manually.
