Items disappearing or unable to see

I am unable to pick up drops they are just disappearing after showing on the ground.

Try pressing 'z', this should toggle item visibility on the floor

Alternatively, it could be a loot filter you're using that's hiding items

On PS5 have tried no filters Friend can see the items with no issues when we have played together.

Hey, if you haven't got this fixed yet, I was having the same issue on PS5 and I think I found the solution. If you go to "Game Options" under the "Gameplay" section of the "General" tab, there is a setting titled "Always Highlight". Make sure that is on.


I don't know how this turned off for me, happened right after defeating Balbala in Traitor's Passage. Hope this helps.
