Crux of nothingness boss bugged and unkillable

After transitioning to phase 2 the boss just stood still and was unkillable but did nothing. Tried relogging and going back into the arena but he still just stood there doing nothing and untargetable.

Same thing happened to me, tried logging out and in. He just stood there not
targetable. |
