Game Crash Upon Entry

I have been unable to play at all because the game crashes when I try to load any character. At first it only happened when I tried to play my main character, but the others still worked. Now it's happening with my alts too. It doesn't give an error report or anything, just straight to desktop from the loading screen. I can't play the game at all for the moment.
