Stone & Iron Citadels Failing When Map Cleared

I have been coming across stone & iron citadels I clear the whole entire map killing everyone including the boss & I get the crisis fragment but the map is saying I failed to complete it. This has happened twice now & I am posting it here because I believe it is a bug. I will record the next citadel to show.

This happened to me 2 like 3 or 4 times already. GG being kinda slow with updates on an EA. Better be cooking
