POE2 Bugged Quests

Issue: Bugged Quests From Cruel Act 3 onwards
Details:
There are a few quests that are bugged for me and seem to be causing some issues with the glowing towers in endgame map exploration (i cant see any glows). Also I cant get my spirit rewards for some. I've completed the quests a few times and have logged out and in many times over the course of a week or more. The quests that still remain and refuse to be completed:

1. The pinnacle of flame (Speak to Doryani) - i've found him in the places he's supposed to be but cant complete
2. Cruel Act3 - Ignagduk the bog witch - cannot clear the quests and get spirit
3. Cruel Act2 - Ascent to Power (Search Traitor's passage) - have cleared and
failed and it keeps bringing me back (rolled back somehow)
4. Cruel Act3 - RootDredge - killed him twice still not cleared
