Item drops disappearing after a second or two

Console PS5 no loot filter items will drop during a fight then just disappearing if not picked up instantly. Its impossible to do. I am losing all drops pls help.

I just started having this issue today as well. I have a video of it happening on Reddit.

I don't think I ever toggled the hide items button on my controller, but I used it after it happened again after someone pointed this out as a possibility.
I hit LT + DPAD Right and the items reappeared. Kind of annoying tbh |
