Oswald Missing In Act 3 PS5

For some reason Oswald has disappeared from Act 3 on my PS5. He was there initially and at some point he disappeared after the first quest and has never returned after several separate play sessions. Super frustrating as I have not been able to purchase any item upgrades throughout the majority of my Act 3 playthrough on my Ranger.

Seems like couch-coop somehow bugged the character. When I log in with a different character, Oswald shows up, but the bugged character cannot see Oswald no matter what I do, even when I logged in on PC!
Even more frustrating now that I have quest items in my inventory just taking up space that I need to turn into him. |
