Unexpected disconnetion when entering maps

When attempting to enter maps I'm disconnected, the maps this happens on is random and once a map causes me to disconnect that map will continue to do so as long as the instance is open.
In some cases when attempting to enter a map that I was disconnected from says the map was disconnected from the server.

Same issue with several maps.
