[Phrecia event] There should be "natural" divination cards farming affixes on idols

In 3.25 Kirac and Scarabs for farming "natural" divination cards were heavily nerfed or straight up removed.
Currently we have
- 1 idol affixe (3x1 or 1x3): "(20–25)% more Divination Cards found from Beyond Demons in your Maps that are followers of K'Tash"
- 1 scarab (Divination Scarab of Plenty): "Area contains 3 additional Packs of Magic Monsters that have 800% increased chance to drop Divination Cards"

Even if the main idea of idols is to mimic the atlas and divination cards are not a part of the atlas, I think it would be a good solution to add a few affixes. Because of the format of the event, the balance is not the priority. So it can fix the issue with natural divination card for the event. It can serve as a test for future solutions. Sadly, I think it is a bit late to make thoses changes.
