Refund passive not working.

Hello, I can't refund the nodes I need to refund on the passive tree. I suspect it has something to do with multiple paths leading to said nodes and the game still thinks I'll break the chain if I refund even though I won't. I seem completely unable to refund any part of the circuit I've accidentally made.
