Reduced deferring cost in atlas does not work. normally deferring cost is 10% of the tribute cost. The item that I am hovering over got a tribute cost of 3304 tribute. Round up it is 331. For some reason it states that the deferral cost is 328. That is a 1% reduced defer cost. The tribute fee is 44. It is normally around 50% of defer cost, so the fee should be 150, how it is 44, I do not know. Unless. the 25% reduced cost is additive with the around 50% reduced cost, making it 75% reduced for the fee compared, and the reduced cost do not work with the initial deferral. No. That would be 82 cost not 44.
So I have no idea what is going on, but it is not doing what it is supposed to do.
