Lost Armor at Corruption Altar

When taking the Vaal orb from the corruption altar, I first clicked on my legendary chest armor and dragged it to the orb in the altar "stash". When I clicked on the orb (with the chest piece dragging), I then had the orb selected but my armor was gone.

Additionally, I can no longer click on the Altar, a portal to town, or the checkpoint. I then ran into a mob that I couldn't hover over to see their names. I died and upon respawning my armor reappeared on my cursor.

My best guess, is that having the armor selected while trying to take the orb caused the armor to be stuck on the cursor but not shown.
