Beastial Skin + Lead me through Grace not working as designed?

When applying Beastial Skin + Lead me through Grace there is no increase in Spirit generated. Evasion rating on stats increases but spirit does not increase. Not sure if this is intended but seems like something that should pair well together but doesn't output the desired effects.

This passive increases the evasion rating you get from body armor, but does not change the actual amount of evasion rating on the body armor itself.
