Looking for a build to farm T4 Simulacrum's on

Id like to find a build I can farm Sims on, say a 100d Budget. My Sparker is ok, but on T4 Simulacrum's its a crap shoot if I make it past wave 14/15. Somone point me in a solid direction, a link to the Meta or PoB would rock.

Unless you don't enjoy playing Spark, why not just improve your current build? I just cleared it yesterday with a blue +3 wand on my spark so if you use a real wand a 100d budget should be alright.
