vendor upgrade lesser ichors to greater at 5:1

we always end up with hundreds of lessers and no grands.
a 3:1 vendor is probably too generous, but 5:1 would be helpful.

I want to upgrade all the way up to exceptional, but maybe you
stop us at grand. whatever makes sense. lesser ichor becomes
useless pretty early in endgame.
