Autoexertion - Need Guru to Explain pls.
So, im attempting to run autoexertion with enduring cry and ancestral cry... but i noted that on autoexertion, it reads, i do not gain buffs fom my warcrys.
Im at a loss. What exactly is the point to the autoexertion if it only works with warcrys, yet any warcrys it casts do nothing for me. It seems like a complete dud. What am i missing here. Thanks for any insights. GGG - Why you no? Last edited by JoannaDark#6252 on Feb 20, 2025, 10:32:09 AM Last bumped on Feb 20, 2025, 11:12:01 AM

Warcries aren't limited to buffs and charges.
Some of them exert attacks to make them more powerful (seismic cry), others debuff enemies (infernal cry) and lastly general's cry works to summon minions. |

As the name of the gem hints towards, Autoexterion's purpose is to automate the process of using warcries to exert attacks.
Enduring Cry won't give you any of the warcry's effects when used with Autoexertion, so there's no reason to link Enduring Cry to Autoexertion. Ancestral Cry exerts your next 8 Melee Strike Attacks. This effect still happens with Autoexertion. Autoexertion causes Ancestral Cry to be used on cooldown to refresh the number of attacks it will exert, both for the benefit that Ancestral Cry imparts on exerted attacks, and for other effects that would apply to exerted attacks--such as Overexertion Support. |
