Purchased points don't appear (purchased in PSN Store)

Hello,
I recently purchased 200 points, but they are not showing up in the game or on the PoE website.
I emailed support yesterday but haven't received a response yet.
Any advice on how I can retrieve the points or, if that's not possible, request a refund?
