Audience with the king

I just spent 5 Divine to buy the audience with the King and Started to do it. When I was teleported to the 2nd part it would not let me attack him at all and I exited the game and tried to reenter the portal and it still didn’t work and when I restarted the game again I lost all portals and my run. I want my 5 Divine back or 1 audience with the king so I can actually run my run.
