Deadeye Ranger / Stormcaller Arrow Jewel +Level for homecoming arrow is bugged

if you equipt prism of belive diamond for jewel socket on passiv tree
it states "+3 Skills for all Homecalling Arrow spells"

If you test this jewel DAMAGE is not increased, 0% ...
what is weird is in skill menue it say 80% more damage, but skill stat page is not showing any improvements.

GGG pls fix this, you cant do a +3 skill jewel with 0 effect
