Invisible bug?

I was just playing my warrior and he stole shroud or proxy buff from one of the enemies, but it expires but you still have the effect. Not sure if all the time but i had the effect visually and nothing would attack me it was like i was invisible. I stood there for a while and it never wore off, it wasn't till i went to town it stopped, was crazy breaking.
Yes i could still attack them and kill the enemies so it wasn't like i was lagging out or anything.
