Mouse left click actions failed until reload poe2

Left click to move/attack/portal stopped working suddenly in Kent.

Left click on the interface was fine: I created a portal, but could not click to enter it. I could click in settings as well.

Right click worked to cast.

Keyboard was fine, dodge/roll, etc.

Switched settings to kybd, back to mouse, no change. I did not try to do anything with keyboard mode, just toggled the settings.

Exit poe2 and load again - issue resolved.

Once again. Pretty much anything worked except click to move and click to attack. Reload game resolved.

This happened to me just now in Jiquani's Sanctum.

It happened after I put the first medium core in the first generator, then I interacted with the corruption altar, I put a flask in the altar and then the window disappeared and now I can't left-interact with anything. Not my portal, not loot, not chests, not even the corruption altar again. It's almost like the altar interface is still there somewhere but hidden, and stopping other interactions.
