I have several times lost valuable items whem approching on PoE2. They dissapear.

This is the second time this happens to me, i have to times got Relic Items together with other stuff and they dissapear when I get the first one or even when getting near them to collect them.

Have anyone had this problem too? Please report it as well. It is a shame that the few times this is rewarding to play you miss the chance because of a bug.
