Since this is only you, the problem is most likely on your side.
You can try clearing your cookies and cache, disabling any extensions that you're using. |

clearing cache, using an different machine, disabling extensions did nothing
interesting, just did an install of google chrome and opera for good measure: https://imgur.com/a/a1znTKw google chrome without any extensions on a fresh install shows the same weird stuff opera has none of this problem |

Does this happen on other sites? When did it start? Were there any Windows updates just before this? Google showed several similar problems that were resolved by reinstalling the latest Windows update.
