unable to install patch 3.25.3d / 3.25.3d Hotfix 3

This happens on the fresh booted system, after reboot, after i start poe client (Client.exe , PathOfExile.exe , PathOfExile_x64.exe - tried all) with admin rights



PackCheck.exe finds no issues

Only poe-related process visible in the task manager is PathOfExile.tmp

thanks, it works.

new patch - 3.25.3d Hotfix 3 - same issues, had to juggle files around to make client work
any plans to fix this?
