Doctor Drop Location (Standard)

Heya peoples. It's been a little while since i last grinded out some POE for any duration, and last time i played heavily, we were able to obtain the Doctor Card from Burial Chambers.

It seem it is no longer there, but according to POE Wiki, it is now located in the Sepulcher. I am questioning this though, as i have now run 72+ (before losing count) Sepulcher maps, and not seen a single Doctor card.

I know last time i played it was pretty rare, but not that rare.

I read on the wiki, that they secretly nerfed dropped rates again, as well as elevated minimum area / mob level it can drop in. Alas, something doesnt seem right.

Did GGG really fucking nerf this shit this badly? I noticed too that now there is many cards that when collected, give a single card, such as Nurse > Doctor. Imo, this is just shitty shitty shady garbage this company has pulled over time (honestly, it seems like they are literally catering to RMT / Botters with these rates, and considering their own staff have been known to operate RMT sites...). But it is what it is, and my question still remains...

Is the Doctor actually even obtainable in the Sepulcher? (Standard).

While I don't think you can do it with maps not on the Atlas, like t17 maps and Vaal Temple...since the 3.25 Settlers league update, you can hold Alt while mousing over a map on the Atlas to see which Divination Cards drop there. This also shows the area level required for the card to drop.

You can also type in the card's name into the Atlas's search bar to see where it drops. 3 maps will be highlighted: two drop The Doctor, while one drops The Nurse (which rewards The Doctor).



Regarding the actual drop rates, I don't have experience with farming the card and don't keep on top of changes to drop rates. However, I've heard there's a PoE community called the Prohibited Library that gathers data on things like this. You may want to check them out.
