Unplayable during evening hours due to latency spikes

I mainly play from Frankfurt server and it's usually normal after midnight and before 3 pm but between these hours, it's literally unplayable because of the latency spikes, I definitely think it's a server-side problem and there's no acknowledgement from devs? Will we be allowed to play in the evening soon? I don't have any problems with lag or latency spike or fps except for evening hours.

Edit: No, I've tried all the servers, it's always spiking everywhere, only fixed after certain hours and no, my internet is fine in the evening.
