Problem with network

Hello, when playing Poe2, the ping jumps up to 900 ms to such an extent that the game lags, making it slow and unplayable, which may be the reason. When I checked the ping on speedtest, it shows that the internet ping is 2ms because I have optical fiber. Please help me what could be the reason.
