Broken Irradiated - Organised Forces bug?

I believe someone already found that using this atlas node adds irradiated to map boss maps (which works fine), but bugs naturally existing irradiation on maps (like on picture above).

FYI: Someone on reddit suggested:

"Had same bug. Canceled all boss points. Closed one map with boss without any atlas points. Restart game, spend 2 talent point --> apply --> 2 talents --> apply --> 2 talents. ( and use regular atlas window, not NPC )."
