GAME IS UNPLAYABLE

Ever since updating to the new league launch, PoE would just instantly crash after about an hour of play time upon opening stash or teleporting. (Have not had this happen with over 400 hours of gameplay.) After dealing with this issue throughout the night and still into this morning now the game will not go past the character selection screen before instant crashing. I booted up PoE2 to see if the same issue happened and it instantly crashed after the GGG loading screen. I've updated graphics drivers, game was uninstalled and reinstalled twice both times on an SSD and the issue still persists.
