Upgrade Gem Screen Weird Behaviour With Cast On Shock

UI bug. In the Gem Upgrade screen.

As you may think Comet is obviously of lower level than 13 since I'm upgrading it to 13, it actually deals more than 0 damage, and as you see some strings are buggy.

It's the only active gem I use with Cast On Shock, and it does this everytime I upgrade.

In the end the upgrade still works, the bug only impacts the UI.
