Sorcery Ward cooldown timer bug

Every time when sorcery ward starts to cooldown, it will go up from 5 secs to 6 secs a few times before going down to 0. This will happen after having Ceremonial Ablution passive skill and with the wind dancer skill.

To add on, my skills page is showing 2 Sorcery Ward skills. When I inspect the Ceremonial Ablution, it says "No skills affected". PLEASE HELP
