Totems and Death Rush Ascendancy Notable with Flamewood

Hello,

I am aware that totems do not grant Adrenaline to the player on kill.

However I asumed they would themselves gain Adrenaline.

Sometimes I see the cast speed modifier on flamewood.
Most of the time it does not trigger on kill though.

Edit: The Adrenaline granted to the totems only seems to work with culling strike, or the reflected damage from torchoak step.

Is this intended?
