Chaos Temple bug

Running a Chaos temple monster levels are 42 2nd run with the help of a level 88 player different realm then me.
on a mission of Collect all soul cores. with a switch for walls. which this map requires two players to do. since it cuts off a portion of the map i guess. but any who mobs stop spawning soul cores no where to be seen. but when clicking on the stone alter soul cores spawn on said player and tells me its missing soul cores. so truly something went wrong on this one. have a photo of the soul cores on player. and have a clip. as well. will upload to youtube. for viewing
