shipment ui bugged

the buttons for prepare crew and prepare shipment wont work anymore.
can chose destination but not what to ship or setup the crew.

edit: upgrading the harbour two times resolved the issue, so maybe its only at level 5 and 4 that this occurs.

edit #2: no, bug is back again, but only for the first ship. second one works.

edit #3: I found the culprit to be in the steam overlay. there was a game overview window which blocked all interacrtion with buttons in the top left corner. so not only the shipment ui but stash tabs and space as well.
