bosses not shown up as complete and party stop certain progress

I've noticed the reason some bosses or chests do not show up as complete when done in the campaign is cause you haven't picked up the loot it drops for you whether you want it or not.

Also ritual rewards from tree didn't work when in party with someone else + starting cruel mode at end of act 3 with someone in your party bugs out.
