Polytheist:Devout of Ralakesh and the Disciple of the Forbidden do not Stack min PC

Title is self explanatory.

Only 3 minimum power charges when combined.

Not sure if I'm understanding if I need to have a Max of 4 to get the minimum of 4.

You will still be capped at your Maximum Power Charges, yes, so you will only obtain 3 of the +4 minimum charges until your maximum is increased to at least 4.


Also note this from the Wiki entry, under the discussion of Minimum Charges (for information in case it affects you):

"

Skills and effects that consume charges to activate an effect cannot use these minimum charges. For example, using Flicker Strike with +1 to Minimum Frenzy Charges at 1 Frenzy charge will never use that charge to remove its cooldown.
